Getting Fit With Home Workout Programs this Year
It's 2015 and it's time to start taking myself and my health seriously. Which is why I've been looking into home workout programs to finally get fit with.

I know this seems silly but I have been researching reviews of the 90 day Body Revolution by Jillian Michaels and I think that is the program I'm going to go with.

First of all, I like Jillian Michaels because she was on the Biggest Loser. She seemed to have a lot of compassion for the weight loss contestants and was always able to help them reach their goals, while providing emotional support at the same time.

Second of all, I think it seems better than the 30 day shred that she offers. I'm looking for more of a long term home workout program that I can stick with to completely make over my body, rather than one of those workout programs that you get over with quick and don't make new habits with.

I want both new workout and diet habits, too, so I like that this plan comes with a full diet regime. I don't know the first thing about eating right so hopefully the 90 day body revolution can also be my diet revolution!
